It all started when…
After 27 years of service to the United States military around the globe Chuck and Holly Preble were finally free to choose their own path. So they took their passion for pizza and amazing food and opened Sirius Wood Fired Pizza, a mobile wood fired pizza catering company operating out of a fully enclosed 27-foot long trailer. We are Neopolitan style with heavy influence from our life, family, and travels. Our menu options include traditional pizzas, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and cauliflower crust. We are handcrafted, locally sourced passionate foodies sharing our love for cold fermented dough, regional cuisine, and food that is worth the calories.
